Education

Computer Scientists need at least a bachelors. Some business will higher you if you do not have a degree but many years of experience in the field. It's become almost impossible to get a job with out a degree in current times, unless you have large amounts of experience. A lot of math is needed for this, you need to go up to Calculus II.

Workplace

For most tech giants the need for creativity is an essential part of everyday work, and the best way to encourage creativity is to make the best work place possible for it's workers. For computer scientists creativity means solving a problem. How to go about that problem is crucial for multi million or billion dollar companies who need the most efficient and effectively solution to a problem that might of never been solved or done before. So it is evidently crucial to nourish creativity in the workplace. Many have done this by giving the works comfortable accommodations such as snack bars, bars, slides, hour+ long breaks, chef prepared food, "scooters" to ride around work in, tennis, ping pong and other courts, gyms, spas, and various other fun or relaxing activities.
